We are hosting our annual fundraiser party for families where we give away multiple wheelchair costumes to kids in the Kansas City area. The event will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm inside the Independence Center Mall. We are co-hosting the event with Twisted Halloween which is a store inside the mall. The party will take place partially inside Twisted Halloween, but it will mostly take place outside the store into the center of the mall on the first floor. We are working with the mall and they are giving us a huge section to have our wheelchair costumes on display, a face-painting table, a professional photographer booth with a backdrop, and plenty of space for more. We want to fill the space and make it very interactive for the kids and families for Halloween, but we need your help. 

We need the following help: 

• Professional Photographer to set up lights at the backdrop and take photos of not only each child receiving a wheelchair costume created by Walkin' & Rollin' Costumes but also additional kids in costume at the event
• Photographers to walk around documenting the event taking candid shots and photos of the reveals and kids. Those could be shifts as well. 
• Face Painters to work at a table doing face painting for kids throughout the day. We would love to have multiple face painters since we are expecting large crowds. We would have tables and chairs provided and set up for you to work at. 
• Cosplayers throughout the day. These can be in shifts. We do ask that the costumes we family-friendly since this event is geared for children and there will be many young kids getting the wheelchair costumes. No scary costumes.
